Purchase your travel insurance before you come here

Making travel insurance is recommended to arrange your home country, travel insurance can be arrange in Nepal also by us but it is not so worthy to get the insurance here an it is expensive also here read more find more information for travel and rescue insurance.
Check the needed clothing and equipment for your travel and trekking in Nepal , you can buy most of them in your home country. You can rent down jacket and sleeping bag and buy all other equipment in Kathmandu most of theme are not good quality but in cheap price read more information for clothing and equipment

 

Get the required visa for Nepal .

You can get Nepal visa prior to arrival from the Nepalese Embassy at your home country, but easily you can get a up on arrival visa at Kathmandu airport and other different borders from Nepal who travel from India and Tibet, read more information for the Nepal visa

Bring Official Papers

Valid passport, 3 extra passport photographs (for trekking permits), travel insurance, airline tickets, luggage tags. Visas can be obtained upon entry into Nepal visit our visa page for the details

Credit card Info

We found most of the credit card Master and visa card is blocked from your card provider , It may be a security reasons because of that you can’t get the money from ATMS and can pay for you treks and tour you can call to your card provider before you travel to Nepal and inform there you are traveling to Nepal and give the authorization for the payment

Bring Money for Visa

we found most of traverse have problem with not carrying a money to get a visa on arrival, for 15 days visa US$ 25 is payable and for 30 days visa US$ 40 is payable, there is no ATM inside the visa place, there is a ATM outside but some time it can’t work also, so we recommend you to bring the cash US$ to get the on arrival visa.
