In our Taste of Nepal tour travelers can explore Nepal in a safe and easy way, Taste of Nepal tour is designed to give the tourist a different experiences. The tour itinerary combines three different perspectives of Nepal, in to the one trip. The diversity of cultures, scenery and accommodation during this trek is indeed one of the best ways to experience Nepal.

You can work through good trails, enjoy easy and relaxed walking, and you will never feel an altitude problem. Staying in style and comfort allows every trekker to explore the stunning mountain scenery, terraced hillsides and ethnic groups with the knowledge a good night’s rest is available at the end of the day.
Beginning with a warm up hike in the Kathmandu Valley, including Nagarkot, which provides one of the best places to see the stunning sunrise views of Himalaya Range of mountains.

We will leave you in Nepal's most popular rafting area, at the Trishuli River, where you can enjoy your adventure in the expert hands of our Rafting Guide.

Next we travel by vehicle, and on elephant back, to the lush jungle of Chitwan National Park. Here it is possible to sight the Royal Bengal Tiger. Feeling refreshed after a nights sleep in comfortable accommodation we will return you to Kathmandu where you will have free time to explore Kathmandu's sights and do some shopping.

Taste of Nepal Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Meet at Kathmandu Airport : We will meet you at the Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer you to your hotel. When you have had time to settle in and freshen up after your long flight, you will be invited to visit our office for a briefing about your programme. During this visit we will help you check your equipment and facilitate the processing of other necessary items such as National Park Permits etc.

Day 02: Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley. The next morning after breakfast you will leave for a full days tour of sightseeing around the Kathmandu valley. You will visit the Hindu temple complex at Pashupatinath (a UNESCO World Heritage site) & the biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath. You will also visit Swyambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, a 2000 year old temple, and visit Patan City, famous for its fine arts and and historical architecture, drive back to hotel.

Day 03: Kathmandu Drive to Sundarijal (1350m) trekking to Chisopani (2140m). Drive about 1 hour from Kathmandu takes you to trek start point Sundarijal. From Sundarijal the trail climb up besides the water pipes which supplies Kathmandu drinking water, the trail will enter through the Shivapuri Watershed and Wildlife Reserve. The trail continues up hill through the forest to meet the Mulkharka Villages with the inhabitants of Tamanag people. The trail continues with climbing on the forest of rhododendron and oaks after pass the Borlang Bhanjyang trail goes downhill to Chisopani (2140m), The mountain views are excellent from here can see the views of Annapurna to Everest, overnight at lodge

Day 04: Chisopani to Nagarkot After a hearty breakfast, we continue with our trekking adventure. From Chisapani we trek downhill to Nagarkot, we will trek between the village and forest with the great views of country site and mountain. Nagarkot is a hill resort; From here we get breathtaking views of Mt. Everest, Manaslu and Gauri Shankar and other mountains. Overnight in hotel.

Day 05: Nagarkot – Dhulikhel - Kathmandu: We wake up early to catch the sun rising over the snowy Himalayan peaks. The first rays of the sun firing the peaks a lightest red slowly lighting up the Himalayas from Kanchenjunga and Everest in the far East of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri in the West. after breakfast we will trekking down to old Newari town of Dhulikhel, from Dhulikhel drive to Kathmandu, overnight hotel

Day 06: Kathmandu Drive to the Charaudi rafting starting point and drive to Chitwan National Park.
Early morning drive to Rafting point via Prithvi High Way after 3 hour drive  meet our raftintg crew are the River. r everyone is fitted with a life jacket and helmet. Then the trip leader will give a lesson on river safety, paddling technique and what to do if you suddenly find yourself not sitting in a raft anymore. We begin rafting in languid pleasurable fashion to get the feel of the motion on a raft. The riverside scenery is exhilarating, after lunch drive to Chitwan National park.  Transfer to the hotel and briefing about programme and if have a time visit Elephant Breeding centre, evening cultural programme.

Day 07: At around 7:00 am in the morning tea/ coffee are ready. After a breakfast personal gears is loaded enter the raft. This is probably just as well as today we have another 3/4 hours on the water and we get to run more 3 and 3 + rapids. At Mugling the water of the Marsyangdi Tumbles in to the Trisuli increasing the volumes of the river. We stop for lunch at the confluence of the Trisuli and Marsyangdi River . After pinball rapid of Mugling the river eases a bit there are still a few challenging rapids and the scenery and the geography is very impressive. We end our last day with lunch at Simaltal or Ghaighat from here drive to Chitwan National park. Enter to the hotel and briefing about programmes and if have a time visit Elephant Breeding centre.

Day 08: Today you will have a full day jungle excursion including an Elephant back safari, canoeing, a Jungle walk, a visit to the Elephant breeding centre, a sunset tour, and an ethnic village visit.

Day 09: Doing some more activities like bird watching... and drive back to Kathmandu transfer to hotel.

Day 10: Final Departure: we will take you to the Kathmandu Airport to catch your flight home.
