Nepal Charity Trek
Charity treks are ideal for those people who don’t only want to travel responsibly, but also want to give that little bit extra and help contribute towards a favorite charity. Above the Himalaya Trekking (p) Ltd feel proud to support a local people, events and programme. We always give something back to the areas where we are working. We are supporting many schools, orphanage house, recycle project and for disable people. Since Its establishment Above the Himalaya Trekking has been running many treks and tours to raise funds on a fully voluntary basis. We bring together individuals and group trekkers who love Nepal , and want to contribute towards health and education in the remote parts of the country. Or you can raise some funds for your own favorite charity.
If you would like to help the local community while participating in one of our treks, just contact us and we will send you a sponsorship form. Not everybody has the time to raise funds but if you feel you would like to help, every little bit of funds you can raise, goes a
The treks give the participating members of the public a physical and mental challenge, while at the same time contributing much needed help to the poorest people of the local community.
We also ask trekkers to bring any warm clothing that they do not need, if they have room in there bag. This is collected in Kathmandu and distributed to the remote village people.
