You can see all the necessary information on our websites www.nepalguidetrek.com and www.abovethehimalaya.com, Most of the  trips described on our WebPages can be altered  as per your own wishes, time frame, budget and interest, we can tailor made the itinerary as per your  own specific wishes, the trip can be tailored as per  interesting places, adventurous tours, accommodation (from luxurious five Star hotels to budget hotel), the number of days that you have, the budget you want to spent and you are traveling on your own or with your friends/family and groups

Booking Procedure

1. First of all browse and choose a trek you are interested in from our WebPages.
2. Contact us via our enquiry form or writ us on puru@abovethehimalaya.com  to discuss which  trek and tour and other holiday you want to do
3. Once the details of your trek (duration, route and number of people) have been agreed, we will make a provisional booking, giving the dates and cost. To confirm your booking we ask you to pay a deposit of 25%. This can be in Euros, pounds sterling or US dollars.

Make Payment to Confirm the Trip

While making your trip with us, we need a 25% of trip booking amount and if there is Air ticket needed full air ticket fee, the rest of money can be paid up on arrival on our office, full payment is required before departure the trip and for your last minute booking before a week you need to pay full amount of money as an advance

Payments can be wired through different options

Bank Transfers

 Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.

By Credit Card

 In addition clients can make a payments by credit card please click here and fill the form. For the payment by credit card we only accept Master Card and Visa Card, and 4% card commission will be paid by the clients themselves as a card processing fee.

Payment by Western Union /Money Gram or other money transfer agencies.

You can pay by different money transfer agencies, after you make the payment send the MTCN or other no what transfer agencies gives you after we got it we get the money from their local agents.

Ready to Go

After we receive the money from you we will send you the trip confirmation email, in between we need your passport copy, arrival and departure flight details, room condition in the hotel (big bed or twin bed) for rest all the needed information with equipment, insurance other details to travel Nepal we will send you on your email
