This trek is ideal for those wanting to escape from the more popular regions of Annapurna and Everest. It is famous for unspoiled Tamang culture, spectacular views of mountains and colorful rhododendron forest. It also begins conveniently close to Kathmandu . The Ganesh Himal is the first massive range sharing borders with Tibet . Therefore it cannot be done as a circuit trek. Its proximity to the capital and its scenic value make it worth while trip. In spite of its friendly foothills, cultural interests, and majestic vistas it is an area rarely visit. In this Ganesh Himal Region one can observe the different ways of life culture and able to contact with rural people in the small villages. You will cross through the 4400m high Sing-La pass offers an excellent view of the massif Ganesh Himal, Langtang Himal, Mt. Manaslu and Annapurna etc.
